Sales Manager/Renewable – Saudi Arabia/Riyadh – Siemens strongly believes in the value of a Digital Portfolio. Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of Electrical Networks in Power Distribution, particularly in MV 11kV to 33kV networks, in addition to PPC, PPM and RTDS.
  • Have in‑depth knowledge of renewable energy market and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives for the Power Transmission & Distribution business.
  • Shall have extensive knowledge of proposing fit digitalization solution based on customer needs.
  • Follow defined business processes that meet business needs across the organization.
  • Self‑driven individual with clear goal in achieving aggressive growth targets in all markets.
  • Build and enhance customer relationships that enable repetitive business.
  • Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution.
  • Establish close collaboration with stakeholders like tendering, business administration, execution teams within the Business Unit to enable flawless performance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Customer satisfaction evaluations, plans, and follow through.
  • Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in the specific market.
  • Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region.
  • Evolve various business models like JV’s, Silent Consortium, Open Consortium options depending on the customer requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Expected degree qualification and/or major.
  • 10 to 15 relevant years of experience.
  • Low/Medium/High voltage switchgears (AIS/GIS), control & relay panels, relays, sub‑station automation and communication equipment.
  • Exposure to the Middle East market, especially Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Exposure in renewable energy, green hydrogen market.
