Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist (B2B) based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of business clients by developing strategies to identify new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include building lasting relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves working closely with the sales team, providing training, and handling inquiries from potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships with clients effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and oversee business development activities
  • Ability to deliver Training and support to team members for continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with business clients, and understanding B2B sales processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in the vending, refreshment services, or FMCG industry is considered an asset
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a professional setting
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
