At ATHEER Connectivity, we are revolutionizing wireless networking with our mmWave solutions, delivering fiber‑like wireless to ISPs and enterprises. As we expand, we are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Sales Specialist to help grow our customer base and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including ISPs, enterprises, telecom operators, and system integrators.
  • Generate and qualify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close new business deals.
  • Work with pre‑sales engineers to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Present and pitch Atheer’s wireless networking products to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing proposals, and agreements.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and networking events.
  • Maintain and build long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales process.
Market Research & Sales Strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1‑3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, networking, or wireless solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Understanding of wireless networking solutions or telecom services is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
