Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Identify and engage potential customers, including ISPs, enterprises, telecom operators, and system integrators.
- Generate and qualify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and close new business deals.
- Work with pre‑sales engineers to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Present and pitch Atheer’s wireless networking products to prospective clients.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, pricing proposals, and agreements.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and networking events.
- Maintain and build long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, networking, or wireless solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Understanding of wireless networking solutions or telecom services is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
