This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting RAVOK’s consulting and training services. Key tasks include creating and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Additionally, the role entails training clients on services offered and managing the sales lifecycle efficiently to achieve goals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver Training and facilitate workshops
- Proactive problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
