Parts Consultant

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify and fulfill customer requirements by asking targeted questions and utilizing the electronic parts catalog to ensure the correct parts are supplied.
• Proactively engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and foster long-term loyalty.
• Adhere to the approved discount policy, offering discounts only within authorized limits unless prior approval is obtained from the Branch Supervisor.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations, and conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with the ordering team to follow up on customer back orders, ensuring timely updates and improved customer satisfaction.
• Record lost sales, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions in consultation with the Branch Supervisor.
• Verify that all parts delivered at the counter match the corresponding invoices.
• Create and maintain accurate system records for cash customers.
• Keep comprehensive records of all parts deliveries for audit and compliance purposes.
• Utilize available sales reports to identify growth opportunities and support the development of the parts business in the local market.
• Actively contribute to achieving individual and branch sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Perform additional tasks within the Parts Department as assigned by management.
