We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in integrated security systems
. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, delivering technical solutions, and driving sales growth across the Saudi market.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the integrated security systems market
. - Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end clients.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits for prospective clients.
- Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to design and propose customized security solutions based on client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare, review, and submit commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and focus on repeat business and long-term partnerships
. - Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings
. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Communication / IT or related field).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in integrated security systems
. - Proven experience in handling large-scale projects and enterprise clients
. - Experience working in the Saudi market is mandatory.
- Valid driving license (Saudi/GCC preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, BMS, ELV systems, etc.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
. - Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
- Commercial awareness with the ability to prepare competitive proposals.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
