Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in integrated security systems
. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, delivering technical solutions, and driving sales growth across the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the integrated security systems market
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end clients.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to design and propose customized security solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare, review, and submit commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and focus on repeat business and long-term partnerships
    .
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings
    .
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Communication / IT or related field).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in integrated security systems
    .
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale projects and enterprise clients
    .
  • Experience working in the Saudi market is mandatory.
  • Valid driving license (Saudi/GCC preferred).
Required Skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, BMS, ELV systems, etc.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to prepare competitive proposals.
  • Good coordination and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
