Role OverviewThe Account Manager will be responsible for managing key retail and distribution accounts within the small appliances category, driving sustainable growth and ensuring the successful promotion of our product portfolio. This individual will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize product visibility, enhance sales performance, and execute category growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent account management skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
What You Will DoAccount Management & Relationship Building
- Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to strengthen noon’s position in the small appliances category.
- Act as the main point of contact for accounts, ensuring exceptional service and partner satisfaction.
- Drive sales performance through optimized product placement, strategic assortment planning, and execution of promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet within existing accounts and onboard new partners to broaden category reach.
- Collaborate with operations and merchandising teams to ensure optimal inventory availability and healthy stock turnover.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and category activations to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Work with marketing teams to design and implement impactful campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations tailored to account needs.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all customer touchpoints to drive visibility and conversion.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer trends to inform category strategy.
- Analyze sales data, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, placement, and promotions with retail partners.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements in line with company policies and objectives.
- Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations to align on category strategy and ensure flawless execution.
- Communicate account needs, risks, and opportunities to drive cross-functional action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within consumer electronics, appliances, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering sales growth.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and assortment planning.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Passion for consumer products and understanding of market trends within small appliances.
