Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and related cost budgets, monitor the sales channel situation, collate and analyse key product and regional sales data.
- Participate in market research and product testing, effectively collect market feedback to optimise products.
- Participate in brand and product marketing activities to ensure that the activities are consistent with market objectives.
- Participate in the development and establishment of service channels to improve customer service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and feedback the sales policy and risk information of the market.
- Knowledge and skill requirements: familiar with sales channel development and management, dealer shop operation and management; proficient in the use of Office software; with vehicle driving skills;
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. - Foreign language requirements: fluent in English as a plus.
- Professional Requirements:
Unlimited. International Economics and Trade, Marketing, Mechanical majors are preferred. - Other requirements:
- Outgoing personality, meticulous and serious;
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
- Good pressure‑bearing ability and subjective initiative
