Overview
We have an urgent requirement for Senior Account Managers with strong experience in the Saudi Market (KSA) and education domain experience for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Strong experience as an Account Manager with experience in KSA or who has worked in KSA for at least 5 years is required. Strong experience in closing deals with large enterprises and governmental clients (B2G) is a must. Education domain experience is a must.
Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for growing our business, hitting sales targets, proactively seeking new sales opportunities, and acquiring new accounts while retaining existing business. An existing network within the education industry is advantageous to expand our client base and partners.
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and leads
- Consistently convert new leads into accounts and build customer accounts using outbound lead-generation techniques
- Execute a sales-specific strategy developed with the senior management team
- Execute growth strategies to consistently exceed customer expectations and build partnerships
- Achieve set sales and growth margin targets
- Be the face of our business in the market
- Build strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to resell/redistribute our products and services
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Present and deliver product demos for potential customers
- Manage contract negotiation and awarding processes with clients
- Own the invoicing & collection process with customers
- Work with the presales team on proposals to ensure alignment with customer requirements and budget
- Overall experience of +10 years with a minimum of 5 years in sales & business development
- Prior sales experience in the Saudi market with strong customer connections
- Prior experience acquiring and working with potential partners to expand reach
- Strong experience closing deals with large enterprises and governmental clients (B2G)
- Comfortable holding high-level technical discussions with customers
- Basic software engineering background and general technology awareness
- Past account management experience with quota attainment and key performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external teams
- Experience in the enterprise software development industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
Arabic is a plus
