. As Activation Manager
, you’ll own the moment where merchants move from signed to live, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong engagement, and fast time-to-value. This role is highly operational and field-driven, combining merchant activation, process design, and data tracking
.
- Own and optimize the merchant activation journey from contract signing to first successful transaction.
- Work closely with field teams, sales, operations, and support to ensure merchants are activated efficiently and correctly.
- Lead on-the-ground merchant activation efforts, including visits, coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Map end-to-end merchant user journeys and identify where physical or operational processes break down.
- Track leads, activation stages, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Identify activation bottlenecks and propose practical, scalable improvements.
- Ensure consistent communication and coordination with merchants, especially during early activation stages.
- Report activation performance, conversion rates, and field insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B operations, field marketing, merchant acquisition, or activation roles.
- Proven hands-on experience activating merchants on the ground.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Zoho, Hub Spot, or Salesforce.
- Ability to map user journeys and diagnose operational and physical process gaps.
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills for field coordination and merchant engagement.
- Play a direct role in merchant success and revenue realization.
- High-ownership role with real field impact.
- Work in a fast-growing fintech solving real merchant problems.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams.
