Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially strong Gaming Gear Sales Expert to accelerate growth for our gaming peripherals portfolio across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in selling gaming products through both power retail and open channel, strong relationships with key customers, and a proven ability to deliver aggressive sell-out and market share targets. This role is critical in driving channel expansion, competitive positioning, and execution excellence for the gaming category.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow gaming gear revenue across power retailers, e-commerce platforms, and open channel resellers.
- Manage key accounts such as Jarir, Extra, Virgin, Sharaf DG, Amazon, Noon, and leading open market partners.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, bundles, and shelf/in-store visibility to maximize sell-through.
- Collaborate closely with distributors to ensure product availability, forecasting accuracy, and competitive pricing structures.
- Monitor channel performance including sell-out, inventory levels, market share, and competitor pricing.
- Drive channel expansion for gaming peripherals by onboarding new retailers, e-tailers, and resellers in priority markets (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar).
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support retail activations, gaming events, and co-marketing activities.
- Ensure flawless execution of gaming planograms, merchandising, and brand standards across all retail touchpoints.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts and distributors.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets for the gaming category.
- 3 to 5+ years of sales experience in gaming peripherals, PC components, IT hardware, or consumer electronics.
- Strong relationships with major GCC retailers and open channel partners.
- Proven success in driving sell-out, managing promotions, and scaling category performance.
- Solid understanding of gaming trends, competitive landscape, and pricing dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen, and account management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Gaming peripherals revenue growth and profitability.
- Sell-out performance vs. target across key retailers and channels.
- Market share increase in gaming category segments.
- Account expansion and number of active resellers onboarded.
- Promotion ROI and effectiveness of channel programs.
- Pricing stability and competitive positioning in the region.
