We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist with experience in any of the following industries: B2B sales, contracting, construction, building materials, flooring, or sports projects
. This role focuses on developing and managing B2B client relationships for flooring and gym-related projects, driving business growth, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with B2B clients in relevant industries.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Present solutions focused on flooring and gym equipment for sports and fitness projects.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and facility managers.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions aligned with their project needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and project negotiations.
- Stay updated on trends, competitors, and opportunities across relevant industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, operations) to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide clients with product specifications, proposals, and quotations tailored to their projects.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies and business development plans for assigned territories/projects.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM updates.
- Prepare reports on client activity, opportunities, and market insights for management.
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in B2B sales or business development within any of these industries: B2B, contracting, construction, building materials, flooring, or sports projects
. - Strong understanding of gym and sports facility projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and influence decision-makers at senior levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
