We are looking for a Sales & Client Servicing Manager who can drive new business while managing and growing client relationships.

This role requires a hands-on professional who can acquire clients, close deals, and ensure excellent service delivery and long-term retention.

• Generate new business opportunities and close sales deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Manage client onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship development.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, digital) to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and client updates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client servicing (agency or media background preferred).
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships successfully.
• Strong understanding of marketing, media, and digital services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Arabic & English proficiency preferred.

💰 Salary: fixed monthly salary (based on experience)

📈 Commission:
Performance-based commission on closed deals and account growth
