We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Membership Sales Executive to drive in-club sales within a sports club environment. The role is responsible for acquiring new members, conducting club tours, converting leads into memberships, and supporting member retention through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Responsibilities- Conduct club tours and present membership offerings to potential clients.
- Achieve membership sales targets and drive new member acquisition.
- Follow up with leads and expiring memberships to maximize retention.
- Collaborate with front desk teams and seek support from management as needed for training or guidance.
- Execute sales calls and follow-ups consistently.
- Report sales performance and provide insights on trends.
- Stay updated on new services and products.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, both in-club and externally.
