• Creating database of clients, agencies, exhibition center and following-up on regular basis to generate leads
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Client servicing & relationship building
• Preparing detailed information documents & marketing materials related to products and services
• Conceptualizing strategies to market products, generate sales conversions and deliver a superior customer experience
• Sourcing and storing information about competition products for market research
• Liaising with event crews, operation team & suppliers for events/exhibition
• Keeping track of targeted as well as actual sales to determine the extent of marketing support required
• Maintaining pricing information on specific products
• Ensure sales target are met

• Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Executive or relevant role in exhibition and events industry
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Thorough understanding of role and negotiating techniques
• Proficiency in Arabic/English/Hindi
• Proficient in MS Office and related software
