We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic management of System Integration Channel Partners
.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AV and Enterprise IT products
, aproven track record in channel sales
, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize market penetration and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with System Integration Channel Partners across the UAE.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and align on growth strategies.
- Provide sales training, product knowledge sessions, and accountdevelopment support to partners.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
. - Ensuring profitability through gross margin and optimize pricing strategies.
- Implement sales incentive programs to boost partnerengagement and sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing models to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AV and ELVproducts.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create targetedcampaigns for channel partners.
