Job BriefWe are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Sales team by generating and qualifying high-quality leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
The SDR will be the first point of contact with potential customers and will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, resilient, and eager to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Research
- Identify and target potential customers and decision-makers that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Source and verify prospect data using tools such as Linked In, CRM systems, and other sales platforms.
- Research prospects’ industries, challenges, and pain points to personalize outreach efforts.
- Execute multi-channel outreach including cold calls, emails, and Linked In messages.
- Initiate meaningful conversations and educate prospects on how Jeeny’s solutions address their needs.
- Follow up promptly with inbound leads and inquiries.
- Qualify leads using established frameworks (e.g. Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Conduct short discovery calls to confirm fit before handing over to Account Executives.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM.
- Share market insights, objections, and feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of resilience and motivation in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to manage high-volume outreach and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Linked In is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.
