We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and drive sales strategy, execution, and growth across the Saudi market.
This role will be responsible for delivering revenue targets, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and leading high-performing sales teams.
You will define route-to-market strategy, oversee key accounts, distributor performance, and ensure strong in-market execution across channels.
You will work closely with commercial leadership to build sustainable growth plans, improve sales capability, and drive excellence in trade execution and customer management.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit- Saudi experience is a must.
- Food & Beverage FMCG experience is a must.
- An Arabic speaker is a must
, as the role requires extensive local stakeholder engagement. - At least 10+ years of recent FMCG experience in Saudi Arabia is a must.
- Proven experience leading sales teams and delivering consistent results.
- Strong expertise in route-to-market, distributor management, and key account development.
- Commercially strong with excellent negotiation and leadership capabilities.
