Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist – Medical PPE to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the market for our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for medical PPE.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and government healthcare entities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and develop promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for medical PPE.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in medical PPE, healthcare products, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of the medical PPE market and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement departments, and distributors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Driving License: Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
