Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for daily client inquiries and needs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
• Analyze client accounts to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Introduce new products or services to existing clients that align with their needs.
• Assist in preparing presentations and business proposals for clients.
• Collaborate closely with external Business Development Managers to support sales strategies.
• Update client data and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Work with internal departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Technical Support) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Communicate client feedback and suggestions to internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on account performance and sales activity.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and account growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
