Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for daily client inquiries and needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
- Analyze client accounts to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Introduce new products or services to existing clients that align with their needs.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business proposals for clients.
- Collaborate closely with external Business Development Managers to support sales strategies.
- Update client data and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work with internal departments (such as Marketing, Product, and Technical Support) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Communicate client feedback and suggestions to internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on account performance and sales activity.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
