Job Description
:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager ELF Lubricants to lead and grow B2B sales operations exclusively across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, establishing strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for ELF lubricants within the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities
:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow ELF lubricants market share across Saudi Arabias B2B sector.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in industries such as transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and construction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, tailoring strategies to meet market demands.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the lubricants market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that enhance product awareness and drive demand.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to present to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Train and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance objectives.
Qualifications
:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the B2B sector.
  • Strong understanding of the lubricants market and its applications across various industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.
