- 1. Sales and Business Development (50%)
- Understand the market requirements, competitors’ strategy and customer behaviors to maintain existing customers and develop new sales opportunities in the area.
- Conduct product demonstrations or trainings to customers to help understand the product, its capabilities and advantages.
- Provide market intelligence and key trends to support the business planning, strategy formulation and implementation.
- Convert sales leads to sales results.
- Respond timely to inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up customer product approvals and orders to achieve target sales performance.
- Negotiate and close sales on terms and conditions approved by the Management to deliver business objectives.
- Manage and follow up payments collection.
- 2. Technical Support (30%)
- Coordinate with Sales Manager and Technical team about customer’s site challenges and complaints in order to provide pre- and post-sales technical advice and solutions.
- 3. Reporting and Administration (10%)
- Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activity, market and competition updates, key projects status, trials conducted and potential business opportunities.
- Input the relevant updates to CRM tools, keep record and maintain customers profiles.
- Maintain timely communication with customers particularly if they have specific requests whether technical or commercial.
- Daily follow up of sales calls and actions.
- 4. Comply with SAINT GOBAIN CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS EHS regulations (10%)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Civil Engineer).
- Able to learn fast and establish technical knowledge of the admixture, concrete and construction chemicals in KSA; prior relevant experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledgeable of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics and SAGEx
