The RoleWe are looking for a Sales Consultant based in Saudi Arabia to drive business across Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and companies owned by or registered under the Public Investment Fund (PIF). This is a full-cycle sales role, covering outbound outreach, lead qualification, securing meetings, solution positioning, and deal closure for ICG Services.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Target and engage SMEs and PIF portfolio companies across industries
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, calls, Linked In, referrals)
- Secure and lead discovery and sales meetings
- Manage opportunities through CRM and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Accurately log and maintain all leads, activities, meetings, opportunities, and deal stages in Hub Spot CRM

- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in Saudi Arabia
- Experience selling technology, digital, AI, or consulting services
- Strong outbound sales and relationship-building skills
- Hands‑on experience using CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
- Strong discipline in pipeline tracking, reporting, and data accuracy
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
