Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our growth team at Arabius.
You will manage the entire pre‑sales lifecycle—from handling inbound inquiries to ensuring our instructors’ calendars stay full.
This is a high-volume, phone-focused position. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone. If you find making 50+ calls a day exhausting, this isn't for you. If you feel you can win someone over in the first 10 seconds with your communication and confidence, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities- High‑Impact Outreach & Lead Management:
- Trial Booking:
Convert inbound interest into booked free trial sessions by reaching out to them via phone calls and Whats App messages. - Inbound Inquiry Handling:
Act as the first point of contact for potential learners asking about Arabius programs, pricing, and methodology. - Attendance Management:
Call scheduled participants to confirm attendance and minimize "no-shows" for trial sessions. - Recovery & Rescheduling:
Proactively reach out to clients who missed their sessions to get them back on the calendar via phone calls / Whats App.

Keep our user database updated, ensuring every lead is updated as per the process. - Calendar Coordination:
Manage the appointment booking system to ensure a smooth flow between learners and the guide (teaching) team. - Pipeline Support:
Follow up with potential clients to assist the sales team in closing deals and answering final questions (commission-based task).

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and assist in executing marketing and sales activities.

You are comfortable (or quick to learn) using CRM tools, Google Calendar, and messaging platforms. - Language:
Fluent in English.
- Located in Riyadh.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English (must).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, growing environments.
- Strong interest in languages, education, or cultural learning is a plus.
- Tele‑sales experience is a plus.
