As The Red Palace prepares for its grand opening in 2026, the Sales Manager will play a key role in positioning the Palace as one of Riyadh’s most distinguished ultra-luxury destinations.
The role is responsible for driving revenue across all key market segments, including Corporate, Government, Leisure, Wholesale, and Luxury Travel Trade, while building long-term strategic relationships that reinforce brand prestige and commercial sustainability.
The position combines relationship-led sales, structured account management, and disciplined commercial execution, in alignment with The Red Palace’s luxury positioning and legacy values.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1-Strategic Sales & Business Development- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy covering assigned segments, aligned with The Red Palace’s luxury brand positioning and revenue objectives.
- Identify, secure, and manage key accounts across assigned segments corporate, government, leisure, wholesale, and travel trade segments.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, market intelligence, and structured account planning.
- Client & Account Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with corporate organizations, government entities, embassies, travel management companies, luxury travel advisors, tour operators, and key agencies.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement, proposal development, and negotiation through contracting and post-stay follow-up.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Segment-Specific Strategy & Execution
- Develop tailored approaches and value propositions for each segment, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Support the creation of bespoke offerings and packages for executive stays, VIP guests, government delegations, and high-end leisure travelers.
- Ensure protocol, service, and commercial requirements are met across all segments, particularly for high-profile and sensitive accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Experience Delivery
- Collaborate closely with Events, F&B, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of stays, events, and group business.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate functions, social events, and executive-level gatherings in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Commercial Planning, Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates covering all segments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, and opportunity tracking.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, tender, and commercial requirements, particularly for government and regulated accounts.
- Representation & Market Presence
- Represent The Red Palace at relevant industry events, roadshows, trade fairs, and networking forums, locally and internationally.
- Host client visits, site inspections, and familiarization trips to strengthen engagement and drive conversion.
- Culture & Brand Representation
- Demonstrate and embody the company’s legacy values and competencies in all client, team, and stakeholder interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing The Red Palace with professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness.
