Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing sales activities for IT solutions (Cloud, Microsoft technologies, Infrastructure, Security)
- Support lead generation efforts through research, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads, opportunities, and account activities
- Track assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-up actions
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations using approved templates
- Support pipeline tracking and ensure documentation completeness
- Conduct initial prospect research and collect basic customer information
- Schedule meetings and calls for Sales team
- Follow up with prospects on requested documents or confirmations
- Record qualification information in CRM under guidance
- Participate in client meetings for coordination and note-taking
- Communicate basic product and service information to small client groups
- Ensure timely response to routine customer requests
- Identify basic cross-selling or upselling opportunities and share with Sales lead
- Support account follow-ups and renewal tracking
- Maintain organized records of client communications
- Coordinate with Business Development for lead follow-up
- Liaise with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to collect required inputs
- Track internal approvals and ensure documentation readiness
- Support smooth handover of confirmed deals to Delivery teams
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales activity logs
- Prepare routine weekly activity and pipeline reports
- Track deadlines for proposals, renewals, and approvals
- Organize and maintain sales documentation and records
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field - Experience:
1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, business development support, or related field - General familiarity with IT solutions (Cloud, Microsoft technologies, Infrastructure, Security)
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and customer engagement process
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple routine tasks
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make presentations to small groups
- Familiarity with CRM tools ( Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
