Business Development Manager – Legal Technology
Overview
We are partnering with a leading international Legal Technology provider that is expanding rapidly across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As part of their regional growth strategy, they are looking to hire a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across key industries including Oil & Gas, Energy, and Financial Services.
This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on introducing innovative legal tech solutions that enable organisations to modernise legal operations, improve compliance, and enhance risk management in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers including GCs, Heads of Legal, Compliance Leaders, and Digital Transformation teams.
- Identify opportunities within Oil & Gas, Energy, and Financial Services sectors, aligning solutions to regulatory and operational needs.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and solution proposals.
- Build and execute account strategies to penetrate complex organisations and multi-entity groups.
- Maintain strong market awareness of legal innovation, regulatory change, and Vision 2030-driven transformation initiatives.
- Represent the business at industry events, forums, and client engagements across the Kingdom.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in enterprise software / SaaS sales within Saudi Arabia.
- Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Energy, Financial Services, or other highly regulated sectors.
- Strong understanding of consultative, solution-led sales approaches.
- Ability to engage C-level and senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
- Experience navigating long sales cycles and government or semi-government environments is highly advantageous.
- Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to build pipeline in a high-growth market.
