Position Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Digital Sales Intern to join our dedicated online sales team. You will be responsible for supporting online sales executives, handling online inquiries, engaging with customers through digital channels, and facilitating the online sales process starting with helping customers to choose and finishing with car purchase.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to all online customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Guide customers through the online purchasing process, assisting with product selection, financing options, and order placement.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the Online Sales Team Lead and other team members.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Desire to work with customers.
