Lendo is a fast-growing Fin Tech company on a mission to transform the financial landscape in Saudi Arabia by providing businesses with fast, secure, and transparent access to finance. As we expand into the Eastern Province, we’re seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to establish and grow our client base in this new region. Leveraging your existing client network and industry connections, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring a deep understanding of Lendo’s offerings and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Development- Maintain a deep knowledge of Lendo’s products and services, staying updated on new offerings and industry trends.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, building Lendo’s brand in the Eastern Province.
- Conduct regular site visits and e-meetings with clients to maintain engagement and foster loyalty.
- Leverage your existing client network to initiate new relationships, expanding Lendo’s footprint in the Eastern Province.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities, identifying clients that align with Lendo’s services.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, adding value for clients while contributing to revenue growth.
- Identify and understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, recommending tailored solutions to address these.
- Provide clients with in-depth product and service consultations, guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience and offer ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by actively managing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- Track and report on client engagement and revenue performance, providing insights to the sales team.
- Address client concerns, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster long‑term loyalty and trust with clients by providing consistent, reliable support.
