As we continue to scale our B2B and retail footprint, we’re looking for a Commercial Executive to support our growth across key partners and venues. Reporting into the Commercial team, this role plays a critical part in expanding distribution, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring excellent execution on the ground.
You’ll be involved across new business development, account support, order coordination, and in-market activations. Over time, you’ll be trained to take ownership of larger accounts and grow into a more senior commercial role.
This is a strong opportunity for someone ambitious, hands-on, and eager to build a career in commercial roles within a fast-moving FMCG environment.
This role is Dubai-based and involves regular field work across the city.
What You’ll Be Doing Event Execution & Booth Setup (40%)- Set up Nutrili booths at events, pop-ups, and activations (including product display, sampling, and merchandising)
- Ensure brand presentation is consistent, clean, premium, and aligned with Nutrili standards
- Manage inventory, stock availability, and product readiness at each event
- Coordinate logistics such as booth materials, banners, tables, giveaways, and POS setup
- Actively sell Nutrili products at events and pop-ups
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage
- Recommend products based on customer needs and wellness goals
- Deliver a high-energy, friendly, and professional customer experience
- Drive conversions through sampling, upselling, bundles, and promotions
- Track sales performance and provide daily/weekly event summaries
- Build relationships with event organizers, vendors, gyms, studios, and wellness communities
- Identify and recommend new event opportunities based on field exposure
- Collect leads and contacts for future partnerships and collaborations
- Provide insights on competitor presence, pricing, and event trends in Riyadh
- Support the commercial team with suggestions to improve event performance and brand visibility
- Energetic, confident, and comfortable speaking to large groups of people
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to close and hit targets
- Friendly, polished, and professional brand representative
- Comfortable standing for long hours and working weekends when needed
- Highly organized and able to manage booth setup and product handling independently
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and/or English
- 1–4 years experience in sales, events, promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Love being out in the field and meeting people daily
- Enjoy selling and building customer relationships face-to-face
- Can work independently and take ownership without needing supervision
- Care about presentation, execution, and how the brand shows up publicly
- Naturally network and turn conversations into business opportunities
- Stay positive, energetic, and sharp even during long event days
