Role PurposeThe Business Growth Director will lead the strategic and commercial expansion of the company across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman.
This role is responsible for:
- Growing and diversifying the current client portfolio
- Reducing revenue dependency on single clients to a maximum of 25%
- Achieving a minimum of 20% year-on-year growth
- Expanding into new sectors beyond FMCG
- Driving sustainable, repeatable revenue growth
The role requires both strategic leadership and hands‑on business development execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with regional objectives
- Maintain and expand relationships with key existing clients
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across KSA, Bahrain, and Oman
- Diversify revenue streams and reduce client concentration risk
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value commercial agreements
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships
- Collaborate closely with sales and production teams to ensure operational excellence
- Drive performance optimization and ensure delivery of profitable growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector expansion opportunities
- Strong business development and commercial acumen

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia

- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and convert opportunities
- Strong understanding of FMCG business challenges and commercial dynamics
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments
- Ability to drive alignment and maximize performance across sales and production teams
