Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing salesteam. This role oversees lead generation, inbound and outbound sales functions to ensure consistent pipeline development and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Build, manage, and scale lead generation, inbound, and outbound sales teams
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Monitor performance metrics and report directly to the CEO
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align market strategy
  • Ensure strong customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS environment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Proven experience leading different sales functions including lead generation, outbound sales, and inbound sales teams.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
