We are working with a leading multinational FMCG organization with a strong global footprint in the food & beverage industry. The company continues to expand aggressively across the GCC region, with a growing focus on strengthening its at-home consumption (retail / home business) channel
.

They are currently seeking a National Channel Sales Manager – Home Business to lead and accelerate growth across modern trade, traditional trade, and distributor-led retail networks.

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for driving the full commercial agenda for the home consumption channel, ensuring strong market penetration, revenue growth, and execution excellence across KSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall strategy and execution for the home business (retail / AHC) channel across KSA
  • Manage and develop relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
  • Drive distribution expansion, SKU penetration, and shelf availability across modern and traditional trade
  • Deliver revenue, volume, and margin targets for assigned territories and accounts
  • Develop and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and retail execution plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to align campaigns with channel strategy
  • Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure strong forecasting, demand planning input, and inventory alignment with supply chain teams
  • Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts and distributor partners
Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to retail / home consumption channels
  • Proven track record in managing distributors and retail key accounts in GCC or similar markets
  • Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and execute commercial plans
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Experience with in multinational FMCG organizations preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
