ObjectiveWe are currently looking for a talented and passionate Account Manager for KSA to join our EMEA enterprise sales team and develop and lead the region. The role focuses on managing the full life cycle of customer engagement, driving revenue growth for Anomali’s security solutions into enterprise and government organizations, and building an ecosystem of channel and technology partners.
Responsibilities- Develop a regional territory go-to-market plan, incorporating a sales, marketing, and channel plan with execution milestones.
- Work closely with an established and experienced Sales Engineer based in the region to support the enterprise sales effort.
- Actively participate in all areas of the regional business, building and driving the sales motion, establishing and maintaining client and channel relationships.
- Be accountable for results and consistently exceed sales targets for the region.
- Represent Anomali as the main spokesperson and figurehead for the region, evangelize to the market and partners, and host key industry and Anomali events.
- Work with strategic customers to advocate for additional needs, identify new business opportunities, and ensure smooth and on‑time renewals.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to develop regional advocates who can support the sales motion and create upsell opportunities.
- Travel as required across the region to engage directly with end‑users or channel/eco‑system partners.
- Build and communicate consistent, accurate forecast information weekly, monthly, and quarterly for VP, MEA and SVP International visibility.
- Develop an Anomali ecosystem within the region, cultivating key decision makers, influencers, and partners, and identify ‘lighthouse accounts.’
- Collaborate with the channel team to evolve partner channels with select SIs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners to drive maximum value and incremental pipeline growth.
- Exceed assigned sales quotas in the designated region.
- Develop and manage the performance of all sales activities in assigned markets.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting for the region.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the region.
- Reports to Samer Jadallah, VP MEA.
- Works closely in partnership with the aligned regional SE, and closely with the channel, SDR, marketing and Customer Success teams in EMEA.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct enterprise cybersecurity sales and regional management experience in KSA.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a technical domain preferred.
- Proven track record in over‑quota achievement and career stability in enterprise sales.
- Experience selling into multiple verticals.
- Consistent growth of at least 30% year‑over‑year in the region.
- Full life‑cycle solution selling, with SaaS enterprise security product experience preferred.
- Experience selling 6‑ and 7‑figure deals to Global 2000/DAX
100 accounts, large enterprise, and government accounts. - Domain experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and related fields such as SIEM, SOC, Big Data, Cloud, SOAR, NDR, or EDR.
- Experience in a fast‑growth pre‑IPO business of similar phase.
- Proven hunting and closing skills; 5+ years in an enterprise hunting/closing role and target account selling strategy.
- Proven ability to generate 3x pipeline and strong closing skills.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills at all levels, including C‑Suite.
- Consultative sales approach with value‑selling methodology.
- Comfort handling CISO‑level engagements and possessing an extensive network of enterprise cybersecurity contacts.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, self‑starter, high energy, passionate mindset.
