Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and personalized service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments of SMEs to identify their specific needs, recommending appropriate financial solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial products and services that cater to the unique challenges faced by SMEs in the accounting sector.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to SMEs, helping them understand financial products and services, and assisting them in making informed decisions for their businesses.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to provide SMEs with relevant insights and recommendations that can enhance their financial performance.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new SME clients, utilizing various marketing channels and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client interactions and financial assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for SMEs to educate them about financial management best practices and the benefits of our services.
  • Act as a liaison between SMEs and the company, advocating for client needs and feedback to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
  • Skills
