Business Development Representative – Saudi Arabia

We’re  – a fintech company powering over ten billion transactions every year for more than one billion shoppers globally. We are hiring a Business Development Representative to identify and craft new qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Pitch next‑generation payment solutions and value‑added services to eCommerce and Fintech companies.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations and proposals for C‑suite stakeholders and implement winning negotiation strategies.
  • Become the expert on ’s technology stack and help new merchants understand the value.
  • Orchestrate the entire lead generation process, drive urgency and act as the main point of contact for prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a solid, well‑organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by understanding their industry, pain points, and needs.
  • Partner with Sales team members to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends.
  • Attend local in‑person events.
  • Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of fintech B2B sales experience, ideally in the payments industry across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Exceptional communication in English and Arabic.
  • Track record of high performance.
  • Highly motivated and committed to growth and development.
  • Curious and able to learn new things.
  • Tech‑savvy with a passion for Fintech and Payments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex structures.
  • Coachable, collaborative, and a true team player.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively.
