We are looking for a Corporate Insurance Sales Specialist to join Atmaal. The role is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing corporate clients by offering suitable insurance solutions, building strong business relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across different industries.
- Promote and sell corporate insurance products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and required sales documents.
- Follow up with clients to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage existing corporate accounts and support renewal opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance and client service.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, corporate sales, insurance sales, banking sales, or financial services.
- Experience in B2B sales or dealing with corporate clients is preferred.
- Good understanding of sales process and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven and able to work under sales targets.
- Good follow-up and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
