We are currently seeking Assistant Director of Sales to join our vibrant team. In this role you will support the Sales Team with a results-driven mindset, a passion for building client relationships, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

  • Support the Director of Sales in implementing the hotel’s sales strategies and business plans.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue goals and business growth by identifying sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, contracts, and sales-related bookings in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the hotel in meetings, client visits, and business events when required.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize all sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Support the achievement of sales goals by assisting in managing the sales team.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a quality-driven environment, demonstrating excellent sales performance and productivity.
  • Commercially aware, highly organized, and motivated by challenges.
  • Driven and ambitious to support business growth and increase sales productivity through effective sales techniques.
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to contribute to enhancing the hotel’s community image and brand presence.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales success.
