The business operates internationally across more than 150 countries and is recognised for delivering innovative fitness, wellness and connected digital solutions to both consumer and commercial clients. About

the Role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to drive growth across digital services, software, subscriptions and connected solutions within the Saudi market. This role combines elements of B2B sales, account management, digital consulting and customer success. The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise and key account clients, supporting digital transformation and long-term customer engagement. The position requires a polished and relationship-driven individual with strong commercial awareness, excellent presentation skills and experience selling digital or service-led solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth across digital services, software, hardware and connected solutions
  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise and key account clients
  • Support sales teams with digital solution consulting and pre-sales activities
  • Monitor digital portfolio performance, subscriptions and customer engagement
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reporting and commercial performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Build partnerships with third-party providers and software partners
  • Support product launches, campaigns, exhibitions and lead generation activities
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and customer teams
  • Drive customer retention and long-term client satisfaction
  • Lead and support digital sales specialists where required
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Experience selling digital solutions, SaaS, software, subscriptions or service-led products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • CRM knowledge and pipeline management experience
  • Commercially driven with strong relationship-building ability
  • Comfortable working with enterprise and senior-level stakeholders
  • Professional English communication skills
