We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue growth in the KSA events and exhibitions market. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and leveraging industry connections with event agencies, corporate clients, and organizers.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage an existing network within the KSA events industry to generate qualified leads
- Pursue projects related to events, exhibitions, activations, booths, stages, and production services
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Build and manage partnerships with event agencies, organizers, and production collaborators
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
- Position the company as a preferred production partner within the market
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key client accounts
- Understand client requirements and propose customized event and production solutions
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with design, project, operations, and production teams to prepare proposals and costings
- Support preparation of quotations, BOQs, and commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals within approved frameworks
- Monitor KSA market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Share market insights and strategic recommendations with senior management
- Support business expansion and strengthen the company’s presence in the Saudi market
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- 5–8 years of sales experience in the events or exhibitions industry
- Strong exposure to the KSA market with an established client and agency network
- Previous experience with a reputed events or creative agency is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and business development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo ERP
- Arabic and English proficiency required
