Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team in the manpower solutions industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and offering tailored workforce solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to offer manpower services, including staffing, recruitment, and workforce management solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client business challenges and propose customized solutions that align with their workforce requirements.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of manpower solutions to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manpowering, staffing, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
