THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven, results-orientated sales executive to join our rapidly expanding team. You will be responsible for outdoor sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation across our building materials division. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow with a dynamic, fast-expanding company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Conduct daily outdoor client visits and site visits
- Generate sales leads and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain regular communication via Whats App, phone calls, and follow-ups
- Identify client needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence
- Transferrable IQAMA (work permit) required
- Valid Saudi Arabia driver's license preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
4+ years in building materials sales
- Proven experience with timber and plywood products
- Film-faced plywood and LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) expertise preferred
- Track record in B2B sales, preferably in building materials sector
- Experience with similar building material companies given priority
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Reliable transportation and willingness to conduct field visits
- Proficiency in Whats App, email, and basic sales software
- Problem-solving and customer service orientation
