As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will own the customer experience, execute account strategies, and identify opportunities to expand solutions and services that deliver real business value.
What You’ll Be Doing- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships
- Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant Software One solutions
- Drive renewals, upsell, cross‑sell, and new opportunity identification within existing accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Track, forecast, and manage account performance, KPIs, and financials using CRM tools
- Experience selling both licensing and service solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technology or services environment
- Strong relationship‑building and customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Commercial awareness with basic financial and forecasting understanding
- Comfortable using CRM and digital sales platforms
