The Account Manager will act as the bridge between Khyal Studio and our clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient task management to meet and exceed client expectations.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple client accounts, understand their requirements, and work closely with our team to deliver outstanding results.

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on account status and manage account financials including invoicing and payment collection.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

• 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
• Must be based in Riyadh, with a strong understanding of the local business culture.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Solid experience with Canva and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
