Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and account management, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT, networking, and cybersecurity markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while meeting revenue targets.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions.
- Present Monafes Tech’s offerings to potential clients and develop customized sales strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Experience with vendors like Cisco, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-driven and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
