The PR & Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for attracting and maintaining corporate clients through strategic outreach, relationship building, and partnership development. This role combines public relations, business development, and client servicing to increase restaurant visibility and revenue from corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients, event planners, and organizations for dining events, catering, and bulk bookings.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, office managers, and corporate decision-makers.

- Develop and execute PR and networking strategies to enhance brand awareness within the business community.

- Plan and coordinate corporate events, tasting sessions, and brand activations.

- Collaborate with the restaurant management and marketing teams to create tailored corporate packages and offers.

- Maintain a client database and track all communication, leads, and sales conversions.

- Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and social gatherings to promote the brand.

- Provide regular reports on leads, performance, and commission-based achievements.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Proven experience in PR, corporate sales, or business development, ideally within the F&B or hospitality industry.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Presentable, confident, and passionate about food and hospitality.

- Fixed base salary.
