Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our AdTech solutions directly to brands and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for building relationships with CMOs and brand marketers, helping them optimize their digital ad spend and strategy.

• Brand Acquisition:
  Prospect, pitch, and close new business directly with mid-market and enterprise brands.
• Consultative Selling:
  Understand client marketing goals and position our AdTech solutions to solve their specific challenges.
• Relationship Management:
  Cultivate deep partnerships with internal brand marketing and growth teams to ensure long-term retention.
• Pipeline Ownership:
  Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery to contract execution, maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years specifically selling AdTech/Mar Tech directly to brands.
• Network: A proven, active rolodex of brand-side marketing and growth decision-makers.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, data targeting, ROI attribution).
• Skills:
  
  Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex tech into clear business value for brand stakeholders.
