Sales and Business Development
- Generate new business and identify revenue‑generating opportunities across multiple properties, including hotels, resorts, or other types of accommodations.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, group planners, and other key accounts to drive bookings and maximize revenue.
- Develop targeted sales strategies for different market segments—corporate, leisure, events—to increase bookings for each property.
- Actively prospect and follow up on leads to convert them into long‑term business relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage key accounts for multiple properties, ensuring strong relationships and consistent business growth.
- Work with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions that match each property’s strengths and amenities.
- Coordinate with operations and marketing to ensure client expectations are met and service levels exceeded.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring the best possible terms for both the client and the properties.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams at each property to ensure consistency in messaging, promotions, and pricing.
- Coordinate sales efforts between properties, ensuring that each property’s strengths and offerings are maximized to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Share best practices, successful strategies, and key learnings across properties to ensure continued success.
- Identify and pursue group and event sales opportunities—including meetings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events—across multiple properties.
- Coordinate with event planners, catering, and other internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage all aspects of event sales from initial inquiry through to post‑event follow‑up, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance for each property, analyzing data to ensure the most effective sales strategies are in place.
- Report regularly to senior management on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, with exposure to managing multiple properties or locations.
- Experience in group, corporate, and leisure sales is highly desirable.
