Role Overview
You will act as a strategic sales consultant for the AECO industry spearheading the adoption of cutting‑edge BIM and structural software. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a mature portfolio of existing accounts while having the entrepreneurial freedom to capture new market share in Saudi Arabia, KSA, directly impacting the precision and sustainability of major infrastructure projects.
Key Exciting Responsibilities- Drive regional growth by acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts in our mid‑market segment of Trimble’s software solutions.
- Orchestrate the entire sales process from proactive prospecting and lead generation to delivering professional proposals and closing complex deals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at major trade shows and industry events to build a robust pipeline and showcase innovative product capabilities.
- Manage and forecast a dynamic sales pipeline, providing data‑driven insights to ensure consistent achievement of annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring Trimble’s solutions are positioned as the premier choice for regional projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 or more years of proven success in direct sales within the software, cloud, or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas through strategic negotiation and relationship management.
- Deep understanding of the Middle East market with established professional networks and stakeholder relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Must have experience using Salesforce or other CRM for pipeline management.
