Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue
  • Find, develop and manage multiple key accounts
  • Work with multiple customers and Account Managers across MENA
  • Manage the full sales cycles, including orders, to ensure a smooth operation
  • Submit accurate internal forecasts in collaboration with customers and sales
  • Understand, articulate and sell propositions with your customers
  • Identify and convert opportunities
  • Manage sales forecasts for your customers
  • Deal with complex enquiries and sales leads promptly
  • Proactively identify and map new business opportunities with System Integrators and CSPs
  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Develop an appropriate channel sales strategy
  • Identify and convert business development opportunities across the sector
  • Provide strategic reviews
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Understand the global market to identify future customer and product requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Business Administration
  • Proven experience of over 8 years in sales with the ability to sell and negotiate
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality work to maximize new business opportunities
  • Can‑do attitude and self‑motivation to resolve problems and create solutions
  • Experience operating both internally and externally
  • Experience in a fast‑paced sales/business development role internationally
  • Initiative and skills in developing, growing and converting business leads and opportunities
  • Strong team player
  • Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts
  • Demonstrated ability in pre‑call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, and time and territory management
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
  • Highly proactive, organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity
